When backing up my Blu-rays, I've typically ripped the disk contents to the hard drive using AnyDVD HD, then located the main M2TS file and converted it to an h.264 MKV using Handbrake. For a few movies though I've seen the following error:

No Title(s) Found
Your source may be copy protected, badly mastered or in a format which Handbrake does not support.

What can I do to get round this?

My solution has been to us tsMuxeR on the offending M2TS file. To use simply download and extract it to a suitable location (e.g. c:\tools), then launch tsMuxerGUI.exe. In the GUI's Input tab, select add and locate the problem M2TS file, then select OK.
You can optionally select only the tracks you want from the file at this point, then enter a target file in the Output field. I tend to also select M2TS Muxing, but it probably doesn't make much difference.

Once you've completed the options, click Start muxing and the file will be output to the target location. This typically takes around 20 minutes for me. Once finished I can output the problem file in Handbrake as normal.
